SportsCrafter is a business-to-business website operated by iCrafter ("we"). It is aimed at licensed gambling operators, not players. This notice explains what we collect when you visit, and why.
We run our own first-party analytics (no advertising networks, no cross-site tracking). While you browse we record:
We use this to understand what prospective customers look at, to improve the site, and to prepare for demo conversations. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and improving a B2B sales site.
If you request a demo we store the details you submit (name, company, email, message), linked to your browsing session so we can prepare properly. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract. We contact you about your request — there is no automated marketing sequence.
We set no cookies. We use your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage for the identifiers and preferences described above. They never leave your browser except as part of the analytics events themselves.
Fonts and images are served from our own domain — no third-party CDNs receive your visits. We never sell or share data with advertisers.
Analytics events are kept for up to 12 months; demo-request details are kept while the conversation is live and deleted on request.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of anything we hold about you, or object to the processing, by writing to sales@sportsicrafter.io. We answer within 30 days.
This site sells software to licensed businesses. It does not offer gambling, does not accept wagers, and is not directed at anyone under 18.
